It is the fundamental emotion that stands at the cradle of true art and true science..." and "All religions, arts and sciences are branches of the same tree..." oh well, i'd like to think that innately we'd be drawn to art first not politics not even sure politics falls under "science". Politics influenced art direction. But we humans perceive the logo of a dawn breaking a new era as a symbol for change and therefore are the agents that imbue it with meaning. In that respect all design is directed by preexisting suppositions as to what certain images convey... such that the speech bubble idea was a little too 'out of the box'... Hmm chicken or the egg...art or politics? :D With the Change manifesto it made sense to break the mould a bit. Politics influenced art direction.
